张真诚，男，福耀科技大学杰出访问教授。国际电子电机工程师学会会士(IEEE Fellow)、英国电机工程师学会会士(IET Fellow)、中国台湾计算机学会会士(CS Fellow)与亚太人工智能学会会士(AAIA Fellow)，并获选为欧洲科学院（英国）院士，欧洲科学与艺术研究院（奥地利）院士与美国国家人工智能科学院院士。曾任中国台湾清华大学教授，中正大学讲座教授、工学院院长、教务长、代理校长等职务。
