个人简介

朱正忠,男,福耀科技大学计算与人工智能学院教授。博士毕业于美国西北大学,1990-1994任职于美国硅谷洛克希德飞弹太空公司软件技术中心,且获颁Special Contribution 及PIP Express Award。也曾在斯坦福大学、北京大学担任访问学者,曾担任中国台湾省东海大学资讯工程系系主任、软件工程技术中心主任、研发长、工学院院长等职务。研究领域包含软件工程及AI大数据分析、主持多项跨校跨领域整合型计划如“应用云端计算技术之老年医学健康服务系统”,此研究发表过多篇优质及高影响力之期刊。并获微软亚洲研究院、中荣计划、卫服部产学计划支持与赞助,荣获中国台湾省国科会2016年应用型产学海报展示优良奖。朱教授过去十年共执行29项中国台湾省的科学计划及10项产学计划,产学合作经验丰富,且有多项技术转移。朱教授曾担任中国台湾省科技研究发展司智能计算学门与产学合作计划/智慧计算学门审查委员、云端暨资安计划规划委员。并担任多个国际期刊编辑委员。朱教授在精准医疗健康有非常优秀的技术及经验,过去25 年执行过非常多大型软件工程及精准医疗相关计划,最近朱教授在健康大语言模型亦有成果,跟中国台湾省的台大医院、台大食科系、台中荣民总医院、彰化基督教医院、中国台湾童综合在AI medicine 方面合作,相关计划获得多次中国台湾省科学/科研官方系统的奖项, 他同时跟清华北大复旦中科院在健康领域合开展学术合作,一起规划未来跨领域之整合研究、教学及产业合作,在学术及实务上皆可以有很好的贡献,朱教授在international digital health care 相关会议担任 chair 及担任health care 及AI 相关领域重要期刊编辑委员,受到许多国外会议的邀请担任PC、PC Chair、General Chair及 Steering Committee 等职务,举办多场国际会议,近年来主辦2022 COMPAI获得最佳論文奖及Outstanding Service Award,2016 年荣获 IEEE Meritorious Service Award、IEEE Gold Core Member Award,2022年获得中国台湾省“智慧行动健康技术与应用之研究”计画优良计画执行成果奖。
